Alcala is the gated development built by Davidson in the 1980’s. Alcala is characterized by high ceilings, abundant light, Tuscan style architecture with Spanish roof style tiling.

Last year 6 Alcala Town homes sold for the entire year at an average sales price of $799,367. Currently there are 6 units on the market, which makes it a years worth of inventory is currently for sale!

While other developments in Whispering Palms had significant increase in value from 2014 to 2015, Alcala’s value has only slightly increased. Year to date no town homes have sold.

With the current amount of homes competing for sale, 4 are the same floor-plan (The Tulip) with three  bedrooms upstairs.

Currently the best value is a lovely unit on Calle Cortejo that is currently listed for $810,000. This home has a larger patio, lots of sunlight, three bedrooms upstairs and a very nice kitchen. Another one just came on the market on Paseo Vista Famosa that is wonderfully upgraded with hardwood floors throughout, modern kitchen and abundant sunlight as well.

The remaining two a a larger size floor plan offering dual master suites upstairs and one office/possible bedroom downstairs.
