The Villas Of Whispering Palms

The Villas in Whispering Palms are beautiful town homes with some on the golf course at Morgan Run.

Some of the Villas are on the 9th Fairway of Morgan Run Country Club and Resort.

The Villas were built in the 1980″s in Whispering Palms, Rancho Santa Fe. The Villas is comprised of 98 townhomes. They are characterized by two car garages on all units that directly lead into a courtyard that goes to your front door. The floor plans vary but there is a 2 bedroom/2 bath unit that is single story and a few 3 bedroom floor plans that we have displayed here.

The Villas EntryPaloma Plan– is 1 bedroom 1 den floor plan that is approximately 1,473 square feet. It functions best as a a one bedroom and an office.

Mirador Plan– Is a two bedroom unit that is1,485 square feet, no den and single story.
Sonora – is a two story with the Master bedroom & second room upstairs and a den on the bottom floor. 1871square feet.
Fortuna– Largest plan at 2,051 square feet and all 3 bedrooms upstairs.

Other than the 2 bedrooms, the rest all have the master bedrooms upstairs.

Here are some exterior shots of the complex:

The Villas has a row on Avenida Brisa with approximately 12 town homes facing the golf course. One of the features of this development is that they have a gate that lets you right into the Morgan Run Country Club Parking Lot so that you can walk your clubs right up to the course or out your front door. These town homes that are on the golf course face 9 South, the driving range and a fantastic view.

While the HOA Association here covers all exterior maintenance, landscaping, trash pickup, cable tv and the pool maintenance.

Here is a driving tour around the complex that will hopefully give you a feel of what it is like to live here:

Below are some of the interior shots of towhomes in The Villas that I have sold in the past. Hopefully you can get a sense of what they look like inside.
